Flush Framed Vent Cover
Give your home an elevated feel with custom matched vent covers. All vent covers are cut from provided flooring on a CNC router then sanded, filled, and touched up with a custom, in-house stain match.
Optional: Add sliding dampers to your vents to allow for air flow adjustments.
Material that is 7” or wider will allow for a one-piece vent frame. Material that is less than 7” wide will require a jointed vent frame.

Duct sizes can vary from room to room in any house; we recommend checking and measuring ALL of your subfloor duct hole sizes before ordering!
Hardwood Flush Vent Covers:
Some hardwood flooring must be reinforced by gluing additional plywood to the bottom and this is included in the price. In rare cases, some hardwood flooring has nails and/or metal embedded in the core. This material is subject to a minimum surcharge plus the cost of each additional router bit that is consumed while manufacturing the order.

Vinyl & Laminate Drop-In Vent Covers:
Drop-in style vent covers simply drop-in and “self-rim” around the outside of the HVAC floor duct (no professional installation is required for drop-in vent covers). Drop-in vent covers can be manufactured from almost any type of hardwood, vinyl and laminate plank flooring, including vinyl as thin as 2mm or 2.5mm glue-down PVC products. All drop-in vents are manufactured with the vinyl or laminate plank flooring reinforced with high-strength plywood on the underside.

Custom Cold Air Returns
Give your home an elevated feel with custom cold air return. Made custom out of MDF, left sanded to be painted on site. Alternatively, we can make it out of your flooring too!

Custom Cold Air Returns:
These are custom ordered and made to fit your application. Note that louvers will be drilled with an angled louver by default. We can make from either our MDF material, or your prefinished flooring.

ACM will provide all material.
Prefinished Flooring:
Minimum amount of flooring to take up the area of the cold air return with a waste factor of 50%. I.E. if the cold air return was 10″x16″ and you had 7″ wide planks. We would ask you to provide 3 planks 24″ long.

Give your home an elevated feel with our standard-sized MDF Cold Air Returns. These provide a seamless integration into your baseboard for a minimalist look.
Produced by Legacy Wood Vents, they are sanded and with a layer of primer to be paint-ready for your new installation or renovation.
