Wood Table Refinishing

We professionally refinish flat, solid wood tables only.

Table Types

Eligible:

• Solid wood (maple, oak, walnut, etc.)
• Flat and smooth on underside – top can have minimal texture or roughness that will be smoothed out
• Non-laminate, non-veneer surfaces
• Structurally sound with removable base/pedestal
• Suitable for sanding, staining & commercial lacquer

Not eligible:

• Veneer tops (thin wood veneer over MDF/particleboard)
• Laminate, melamine, or Formica tables
• MDF/particleboard cores
• Tables with permanent or non-removable legs
• Excessively textured, grooved, or distressed tops
• Epoxy-coated tables
• Any table attachment/extension that isn’t completely flat on the underside (refinishing process restriction)
• Individual residential tables

Table Sizes

Eligible:
We refinish most standard commercial tables within these size limits:

• Round: Up to 60″ (5 feet) diameter
• Square/Rectangular: Up to 60″ × 120″ (5 feet x 10 feet)
• Tops must be smooth on the underside and removable from their bases

Not eligible:

• Tables larger than 60″ round or larger than 60″ × 120″ rectangular
• Built-in or fixed tables
• Oversized slab or conference tables requiring special machinery
• Multi-section tables that cannot be separated

Pick-up & delivery available for commercial clients only, via AC Moulding cube van. Fees vary based on distance. We always confirm total pickup cost before booking.

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you notice any workmanship-related issues in the first 30 days – such as coating adhesion failure or missed spots – we will address them at no charge.

Tabletop refinishing performance varies based on use, cleaning habits, and environment. Our Lustrate™ polyurethane finish is designed for high-traffic commercial use, but table lifespan will depend on how the surfaces are cared for day-to-day.

Our workmanship guarantee does NOT cover:
Scratches, dents, abrasion, chemical or sanitizer damage, heat exposure, water damage, UV fading, misuse, or any wear-and-tear that occurs through normal restaurant operation.
