Who can order from you?
We serve a limited group of customer types, primarily: flooring retail stores, professional flooring installation contractors, residential home builders & general contractors, professional renovators, interior designers, and architects. We only sell direct to homeowners on referral from one of the above customer groups, as we are careful to respect the businesses of our clients. In rare cases, we will work directly with homeowners who have reached out to us to have an item made with their own stock of discontinued flooring leftover from their floor installation.
Do you do product installation?
We do not do installations as we are a manufacturer only. However, we have access to an extensive network of top-quality, local installation professionals and contractors we can recommend for any installation situation.
What is your typical turnaround time?
There are three Order Size Groups that factor into our standard turnaround times:
- Small: 1 to 7 unique pieces.
- Standard (Medium): 8 to 29 unique pieces.
- Large: 30+ unique pieces. Note: Partial large orders may be eligible for expedited service if required sooner.
Please Note: these are just estimates and lead times are subject to change. Hardwood & Vinyl Wrapped Treads & other highly custom orders are excluded from the above quoted times.
How do I get my flooring planks/boxes to you?
We are open and available 7:30am to 4:30pm weekdays for customers and shipping couriers to drop off (and pick up) at our shop at 1115 Gordon Drive, Kelowna, BC.
For non-local customers looking to ship their material to us via courier, please contact us at 250-469-2166 or orders@acmouldingmillwork.com prior to shipping. We accept daily shipments from our recommended couriers: ACE Courier, Pacific Coast Warehousing (PCW), Big Jay Express, Kelowna Express, and All Rush Express.

How far do you ship your products?
AC Moulding will ship as far as our customer desires; shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are to be paid directly to your chosen shipping courier. We serve all of Western Canada via our recommended shipping couriers, including B.C., Alberta, and Yukon.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, cheque, credit card, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), or e-transfer to ar@acmouldingmillwork.com (please include your invoice number in the comment; no security question is required). Further details can be found at the bottom of your invoice. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
